This is just me trying to stay
healthy! with out goals I get off track so that is why I am doing this blog to help me journal and keep my self on track. Since I started running I have a ton more energy and have lost 10lbs! I really enjoy road races! On top of that I have made some AWESOME friends!

The Climb 2012
We did it again!!! 789 stairs straight up. I am so proud of our team "I did it my way". 2 of our team mates placed. Kara took 3rd for her age group and Gaelin took 2nd for his. I did manage to beat my time by 2 min and 15 seconds! very proud of that! I can't wait for next year!
