This is just me trying to stay
healthy! with out goals I get off track so that is why I am doing this blog to help me journal and keep my self on track. Since I started running I have a ton more energy and have lost 10lbs! I really enjoy road races! On top of that I have made some AWESOME friends!

I finally after a couple months of not really running and only doing intervals decided it is time to get back on it. So for the past couple weeks I have been running for distance. Today I finally hit 3.1 miles(5k). YAY now I just have to keep it up!!!
